The plot is located in the area of Tejina de Isora, in the south of Tenerife, next to the main road, 1 kilometre from the TF1 motorway and 5 kilometres from the sea. It has a surface area of 587 m2 and is classified as urban. According to data checked with the town planning office, it has an area of land to be built on of approximately 275 m2 and is classified as Mixed Residential with a front and back garden of 250 m2.The maximum building height on the plot is 3 floors of 10.60 metres or the same: ground floor, 2 floors and roof terrace with 20% roofed, without the boundary separation.

In building projects, one-bedroom dwellings shall not account for more than 20% of the total number of dwellings planned. From the front line, about 14 metres is the Private Garden floor space. This can be used as individual terraces, communal gardens, communal swimming pool, etc. The additional area in case of basement under the plot is not limited.
