The confidentiality of your information is part of the relationship of trust we build with you. This policy describes, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU Regulation 2016/679), how Coralès Real Estate collects, uses and protects your personal data.
1. Data controller

2. Data collected
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through the site’s forms (contact, request for information about a property, request for a personalised selection, sale project, guide download, newsletter subscription):
- Identity: first name, surname;
- Contact details: e-mail address, telephone number, country of residence;
- Your project: nature of the project (purchase of a main or second home, pied-à-terre, sale, choice of neighbourhood), indicative budget, neighbourhoods or properties that catch your eye, the content of your messages.
No so-called “sensitive” data (health, opinions, etc.) is requested or processed. The site is not subject to any automated profiling producing legal effects.

4. Retention periods
- Prospects: 3 years from your last contact, then deletion or anonymisation;
- Clients: for the entire duration of the contractual relationship, then for the applicable legal limitation periods;
- Newsletter: until you withdraw your consent (an unsubscribe link is included in every mailing, or by e-mail request);
- One-off requests: for the time needed to handle the request, then limited archiving.
5. Recipients of your data
Your data is intended exclusively for the Coralès Real Estate teams in charge of guiding you. It is neither sold, rented nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be entrusted to technical providers strictly necessary for the operation of the site (hosting, e-mail delivery), acting as processors within the meaning of the GDPR and bound by confidentiality undertakings.
6. Hosting and transfers outside the EU

- Right to erasure: request the deletion of your data under the conditions set out in Article 17 of the GDPR;
- Right to object: object at any time to processing based on legitimate interest, and without condition for marketing purposes;
- Right to portability: receive the data you have provided to us in a structured and commonly used format;
- Right to restriction of processing, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on it.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@corales-realestate.com specifying the subject of your request. A response will be provided within one month, extendable under the conditions set out in the GDPR.
If you consider that your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: the CNPD (Commission nationale pour la protection des données) in Luxembourg, or the AEPD (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) in Spain, depending on your situation.
