ENA Luxury Homes — New residences with private pool, Los Cristianos

Developed by Grupo Camper and designed by the Leonardo Omar Arquitectos studio, ENA Luxury Homes takes its place on the upper part of Los Cristianos, one of the most established addresses in southern Tenerife. The project arranges 63 homes across stepped terraces with clean contemporary lines and planted roofs, every level opening wide onto the Atlantic, the island of La Gomera and the sunsets that set the horizon alight.

The development’s signature: every home has its own private pool or jacuzzi on the terrace. From the one-bedroom apartments to the spectacular 6-bedroom penthouse, all the residences combine large terraces, bright open living spaces, layouts that make the most of every metre and high-end finishes that can be personalised to your taste. One or two enclosed parking boxes and a large storage room complete each home.

The design puts efficiency first: high-performance double glazing, reinforced thermal and acoustic insulation, natural cross ventilation, a bioclimatic design that reduces the need for air conditioning, an aerothermal system for domestic hot water and low-consumption appliances. The current price list — the August 2026 release — opens at 461,700 € before IGIC for a one-bedroom home of 48 m² with almost 15 m² outdoors, and rises to 1,200,000 € for a two-bedroom home of over 91 m² extended by 56 m² of terrace. The two-bedroom typologies offer up to three bathrooms and more than 54 m² of outdoor space. Delivery is announced for late 2028 – early 2029.

Los Cristianos brings everything within reach: supermarkets, health centres, banks, shops and restaurants a few minutes away, marinas for sailing enthusiasts, and regular ferry connections to La Gomera, El Hierro and La Palma from the nearby port.
