The school is 1.1 kilometres away, the shopping centre 4.1 and the hospital 8.1. The sea is five kilometres away: you need the car for the beach as well as for shopping. Alicante airport is 54 kilometres away.

Eight detached villas are available as of 7 October 2026. Four have three bedrooms, from 610,000 to 695,000 €. Four have five bedrooms over 291.8 m², from 700,000 to 795,000 €. The developer details three of the three-bedroom villas. Villas 12 and 10 have 291.8 m², at 610,000 and 645,000 €. Villa 16 has 213.8 m², at 695,000 €, or 3,252 € per square metre.

Each villa has a private garden, large terraces with sea views and a solarium. The developer mentions neither a pool nor a garage. The interiors include porcelain stoneware floors, air conditioning, electric blinds, a video entryphone and fitted wardrobes. The number of bathrooms ranges from two to four depending on the model.

Handover of the keys was announced for the third quarter of 2026. We check the actual progress before any viewing. Villa 16 is smaller and more expensive than villas 12 and 10: we are asking for the floor plans. We confirm the plot sizes, the bathrooms and the full budget including costs.
