Costa Blanca: new-build developments

We chose them on the ground in September 2026, from Dénia to Orihuela Costa.

Costa Blanca

How we chose these developments

In September 2026, we travelled the Costa Blanca from Dénia to Orihuela Costa, area by area. The developments on this page are the ones we kept after that trip. Each page states the progress of the build as we know it, and what remains to be checked before a viewing.

This page presents the areas where these developments stand, from north to south. For each one, you will find the beaches by name, everyday shops and services, then golf courses, marinas and travel time to Alicante airport. Plans, prices and availability are requested development by development. We send them to you with the overall budget, costs included.
