My White Resort — New Apartments with Sea Views, Finestrat

My White Resort is being built on Carrer de Peru, on the Finestrat hillside. The sea is four kilometres away, and so is the nearest golf course. The shopping centre and the nearest restaurants are 2.8 kilometres away, the pharmacy 4.3 and the hospital 6.8. The shops cannot be reached on foot: plan on using the car every day. Alicante airport is 50 kilometres away.

The residence has 95 homes, apartments and penthouses, of which thirteen remain available. All thirteen offer two bedrooms and two bathrooms, from 87.5 to 153.8 m². Their prices run from 339,900 to 389,900 €. The developer details three of them. Apartments 1-73 and 1-74 have 87.5 m², at 339,900 €, or 3,883 € per square metre. Apartment 1-67 has 98 m², at 359,900 €.

Each home has a terrace facing the sea; the penthouses add a solarium. The shared areas include a pool, a gym, a padel court, a playground, a chill-out area and gardens. The urbanisation is secure, with twenty-four-hour surveillance and lifts. Porcelain stoneware floors, air conditioning, a video entryphone and fitted wardrobes are included. A parking space can be bought as an option.

Delivery is announced for the first quarter of 2027. The developer splits the build into three phases: March 2027, December 2027 and November 2028. We confirm the phase and orientation of each available home, as well as the price of the parking space. We draw up the full budget including costs and arrange the viewing, on site or by video.
