Costa del Sol: new-build developments

We chose them on the ground in late August 2026, from Torremolinos to Casares.

Costa del Sol

How we chose these developments

In late August 2026, we travelled the Costa del Sol from Torremolinos to Casares, area by area. The developments on this page are the ones we kept after that trip. Each page states the progress of the build as we know it, and what remains to be checked before a viewing.

This page presents the areas where these developments stand, from east to west. For each one, you will find the beaches by name, everyday shops and services, then golf courses, marinas and travel time to Málaga airport. Plans, prices and availability are requested development by development. We send them to you with the overall budget, costs included.
