Balcón del Mediterráneo is being built in Estepona, at Velerín, above Playa Arroyo de las Cañas. The sea is 3.9 kilometres away, the restaurants 2.5, the school 4.1. The pharmacy and the hospital are about 6.6 kilometres away, the railway station 11.8. Málaga airport is seventy kilometres away.

The development has thirty-nine homes, twenty-four of which are still available: apartments, ground-floor homes and penthouses. The twenty three-bedroom homes range from 202.37 to 256.1 m², between 1,442,000 € and 1,938,000 €. Two four-bedroom homes, of 281.93 and 297.58 m², are offered between 2,104,000 € and 2,155,000 €. Two five-bedroom homes, of 254.43 and 259.8 m², sit between 1,775,000 € and 1,825,000 €.
