The Kos is being built on Calle Canarios, in Fuengirola, one kilometre from the sea. Carvajal and Torreblanca beaches are one kilometre away, restaurants 1.2. The nearest golf course is three kilometres away, Málaga airport twenty. The nearest hospital is 5.2 kilometres away, the Cercanías station 5.9.

The development has twenty-four villas, thirteen of which are still available. Three-bedroom villas range from 172.32 to 174.92 m², between 1,030,000 € and 1,105,000 €. Four-bedroom villas range from 170.3 to 187.49 m², between 1,196,000 € and 1,650,000 €. Every villa has three bathrooms and a private garage.
