Nara Marbella is under construction in Marbella, on Paseo de las Magnolias, in the middle of a residential neighbourhood of villas set on individual plots. The sea is 2 km away, the nearest school 700 metres and the sports facilities 1 km. The pharmacy is 2 km away, the hospital and the shopping centre 3 km. The nearest golf course is 10 km away and Málaga airport 50 km.

The scheme comprises six townhouses, five of which remain available. They offer four or five bedrooms and as many bathrooms, with floor areas from 446 m² to 504 m². Prices range from 1,890,000 € to 1,990,000 €. The four-bedroom house still free measures 457 m² and is priced at 1,950,000 €.

Each house has a private garden, a wide terrace, a solarium and a private pool. The views take in the sea and the mountains. Inside: porcelain stoneware floors, underfloor heating and high-end appliances. A private garage is included.

Delivery is announced for the second quarter of 2026. We have not yet been on site, and we prefer to say so rather than describe a viewing we have not made. We will go and see the works, the position of each house and the view from the terrace, then set out the full budget including costs before any reservation.
