Bali Villas is under construction in the Cortijo Colorado urbanisation, above La Cala de Mijas. The plot sits fairly high up, in a residential area that is already well developed and busy. The sea is 4 km away and the golf course 2.5 km. The shopping centre and the pharmacy are 3 km away, the hospital 4.9 km. Málaga airport is 36 km away, the nearest railway station 14.2 km.

The development comprises six villas, two of which remain available. Each has three bedrooms and three to four bathrooms. The two villas still on offer measure 527.85 m² and 671.42 m². Prices range from 1,889,000 € to 1,997,000 €.
