One Oak — New Apartments 2 km from the Sea, Torremolinos

One Oak is being built in Torremolinos, behind the bullring, two kilometres from the sea. A pharmacy, the restaurants, the schools and the green spaces are one kilometre away. Málaga airport is eight kilometres away, the railway station ten. The shopping centre is five kilometres away, the first golf course twelve.

The development has twenty-seven homes; only three are left. They are ground-floor homes, with three or four bedrooms and one or two bathrooms. The four-bedroom home measures 170.14 m² and sells for 675,000 €. The two three-bedroom homes measure 176.02 and 212.1 m², between 699,000 € and 760,000 €. We would rather say it before the viewing: a wood stands in the foreground and blocks the view of the coast, and the balcony railings are very shiny.
