Magna Torremolinos Fase 1 is under construction on avenida Carlota Alessandri, in the older part of central Torremolinos. The beach and the seafront promenade are a 300-metre walk away. The primary school is 700 metres away, the nursery 800 metres and the railway station 2 km. Shops, restaurants and the theatre are 3 km away, Málaga airport 9 km. The marina of Benalmádena is close by.

This first phase counts 64 homes, 45 of which remain available: apartments, ground-floor homes and penthouses. The layouts still free range from 1 to 3 bedrooms, with 1 to 3 bathrooms. One bedroom: from 475,000 € to 583,000 €. Two bedrooms: from 475,000 € to 784,000 €. Three bedrooms: from 680,000 € to 907,000 €. Floor areas run from 56.42 m² to 120.68 m².

Every home has a terrace and some layouts add a solarium. A garage is offered as an option. Interiors are delivered with porcelain stoneware floors, appliances, built-in wardrobes and a video entry system. The shared areas bring together gardens, a pool, an indoor pool, a gym, a cinema room, a social club and a chill-out space. The residence is gated, with a lift and 24/7 security.

Delivery is announced for the fourth quarter of 2028. We say it before the viewing: the town centre offers no green spaces, apart from the shared area of the residence.
