Magna Torremolinos Fase 2 extends the development on avenida Carlota Alessandri, in the older part of central Torremolinos. The beach and the seafront promenade are a 300-metre walk away. The primary school is 700 metres away, the nursery 800 metres and the railway station 2 km. Shops and restaurants are 3 km away, Málaga airport 9 km. The marina of Benalmádena is close by.

This second phase counts 141 homes, 121 of which remain available: apartments, ground-floor homes and penthouses. It brings together more than twice as many homes as the first phase.
