Kosmos is being built in a new urbanisation in the SUPR1 area. The developer registers the address in Torremolinos, postcode 29620. Our own site visits place the works at the back of Fuengirola, below the motorway. We confirm the exact municipality before any viewing. The sea is one kilometre away, the Cercanías station two, Málaga airport seven.

The development has nineteen homes, thirteen of which are still available. Two-bedroom homes range from 91.45 to 127.29 m², between 429,000 € and 540,000 €. Three-bedroom homes range from 114.95 to 127.71 m², between 501,500 € and 802,000 €. Apartments, garden-level homes and penthouses make up the range, each with two bathrooms.

Every home has a terrace and a garage. The shared spaces include gardens, a pool, a heated pool, a solarium, a spa, a gym and a social club. The urbanisation is gated, with a lift and twenty-four-hour security. Views take in the sea or the mountains depending on orientation. Electric blinds, fitted wardrobes and appliances are included.

Delivery is announced for the third quarter of 2028. The area is a building site: several blocks are going up at the same time and access remains difficult.
