Habitat Alboran Bora is being built on Avenida Mar de Alborán, in the La Cizaña area of Torremolinos. Restaurants are five hundred metres away, a playground seven hundred. Málaga airport is five kilometres away, the hospital 1.6, the Cercanías station 2.4. The developer states that the beach is three hundred metres away; we are checking that figure on site.

The development has five homes, two of which are still available. Both offer two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Ground-floor home 0-A has 121.8 m² of interior space, at 778,500 €, or 6,392 € per square metre. Apartment 5-A has 118.2 m² of interior space, at 1,363,500 €, or 11,536 € per square metre.

The ground-floor homes have a private garden, the others terraces. The architecture is white and open, with large terraces. The shared spaces include gardens, a pool, a jacuzzi and a chill-out area. The urbanisation is gated, with a lift and twenty-four-hour security. Porcelain stoneware floors, air conditioning, electric blinds, a video entryphone and a fitted kitchen are included.

Delivery is announced for the fourth quarter of 2028. The price gap between the two available homes is not explained by the developer's data: we are asking for the floor plans.
