Casatalaya Residences is being built in Benalmádena, near Playa de Torremuelle, one kilometre from the sea. The shopping centre and a pharmacy are 2.4 kilometres away, the hospital 5.3. The Cercanías station is 6.3 kilometres away, Málaga airport eighteen. The first golf course is 23.2 kilometres away.

The development has seventeen homes, ten of which are still available. They are apartments and penthouses, all with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. They range from 217.1 to 347.9 m², between 750,000 € and 1,350,000 €. The developer, for its part, describes fourteen homes: we have the exact number confirmed before any offer.

Each home has a private terrace open to the sea; the penthouses add a solarium. The residence includes a pool, an indoor pool, a gym and a social club. A chill-out area and planted grounds complete the shared spaces. Appliances, fitted wardrobes and underfloor heating are included. A garage comes with each home, in addition to the shared car park.

Delivery is announced for the first quarter of 2028. We have seen the sales office on site, not yet the works.
