Pine Valley Villas is under construction on the heights of La Cala de Mijas, in a residential area open to the sea and the mountains. The sea is 1 km away and the golf course 2 km. The nearest primary school is 600 metres away, the nursery 900 metres and the secondary school 1.1 km. Málaga airport is 30 km away, the nearest station 10 km.
