Pine Valley Villas is under construction on the heights of La Cala de Mijas, in a residential area open to the sea and the mountains. The sea is 1 km away and the golf course 2 km. The nearest primary school is 600 metres away, the nursery 900 metres and the secondary school 1.1 km. Málaga airport is 30 km away, the nearest station 10 km.

The developer has added a third phase: the scheme now comprises 51 homes, villas and townhouses, 48 of which remain available. Forty-five 3-bedroom homes range from 176.12 m² to 524.67 m², priced from 905,000 € to 1,709,000 €. Three 4-bedroom villas remain on sale, from 187.53 m² to 238.42 m², between 1,324,000 € and 1,479,000 €. Every layout has three bathrooms.

Every home has a private garden and a terrace; many also have a private pool. The developer announces sea views from a large share of the homes, and views of the mountains. The development is gated; every home has a garage, with outdoor parking as well.

Delivery is announced for the third quarter of 2027. Construction of the first villas is already well advanced. We know the site: the neighbourhood stays close to the sea and the golf course is two kilometres away.
