Upper 101 is under construction in San Pedro de Alcántara, in the municipality of Marbella. The plot is set back from the road, on the inland side of the town: the sea is 1 km away, but it is not at the foot of the building. The pharmacy is 900 metres away, the cinema 800 metres and the school 1.3 km. The hospital is 3.5 km away, the golf course 4.5 km and Málaga airport 60 km.

The development brings together 54 homes: apartments, ground-floor homes and penthouses with 1 to 4 bedrooms and one to three bathrooms. Twenty-seven remain available. Prices run from 499,000 € to 1,600,000 €, for floor areas from 108 m² to 186 m². The entry price covers a two-bedroom apartment of 115 m².

The terraces are wide; some homes add a private garden, a solarium or a private pool. The communal areas bring together an outdoor pool, a heated indoor pool, a spa, a gym, gardens, a communal solarium, a social club and a chill-out area.
