Astra Homes — New homes 2 km from the beach, Fuengirola

Astra Homes is under construction on calle Virgen del Carmen in Fuengirola, on the far side of the motorway from the seafront. The beach is 2 km away, the pharmacy and the primary school 2.3 km. The hospital is 2.7 km away, the secondary school 2.5 km and the railway station 3.4 km. The nearest shopping centre is 4.9 km away and Málaga airport 21 km.

The development counts 86 homes, 32 of which remain available: apartments and ground-floor homes. Layouts range from 1 to 3 bedrooms. A single one-bedroom home is still free, at 274,000 € for 67.71 m². Two-bedroom homes run from 334,000 € to 503,000 €, three-bedroom homes from 403,000 € to 591,000 €.

Every home has a private terrace and a private garage. Interiors are delivered with porcelain stoneware floors, a kitchen fitted with appliances and built-in wardrobes. The shared areas bring together gardens, a pool, a gym, a social club and a chill-out space. The residence is gated, with a lift, a communal garage and 24/7 security.

Delivery is announced for the third quarter of 2028. The developer announces partial sea views from some homes, depending on the floor level and the aspect. We have not yet visited this development on site: we will do so before any reservation. We will then check the floor level, the actual view and the exposure to motorway noise, before setting out the full budget including costs.
