Blume by Marein is being built in San Pedro Alcántara, on Calle Vázquez Díaz, in the residential area of Playa Cortijo Blanco. The sea is three hundred metres away, the school four hundred, the playgrounds eight hundred. The pharmacy and the restaurants are two kilometres away, the golf course and the shopping centre three. The hospital is four kilometres away, Málaga airport sixty.

The development has three villas, two of which are still available. Each one has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The first measures 762.6 m² at 4,290,000 €, or 5,626 €/m². The second measures 843.86 m² at 4,790,000 €, or 5,677 €/m².

Each villa has a private garden, a private pool and terraces; a solarium remains an option. The floors are porcelain stoneware, with underfloor heating and air conditioning. Home automation, modern appliances, fitted wardrobes and a video entryphone are included. The neighbourhood is flat, built up and quiet, a few minutes' walk from the beach.

The developer advertises sea views. On site, we found none from the ground floor: they remain possible from the first floor, to be checked villa by villa. No delivery date has been communicated so far; we ask for it in writing before any reservation. We check the progress of the works and the full budget including costs, then we arrange the viewing, on site or by video.
