Nacare is being built in Estepona, on the N-340, at the end of Playa de la Rada. The sea is eight hundred metres away; the shops, the school, the pharmacy and the hospital are one kilometre away. The nearest golf course is eight kilometres away, the natural park two. Málaga airport is fifty kilometres away.

The development has eight homes, all of them available: apartments and penthouses. The seven three-bedroom homes range from 186.32 to 220.79 m², between 2,500,000 € and 4,800,000 €. One four-bedroom home of 230.07 m² is offered at 3,700,000 €. Each home has four or five bathrooms.
