Delivery is announced for the fourth quarter of 2026. The developer classes the scheme as close to the sea without giving a distance: we measure it on site. The hoarding we recorded stands on a neighbouring retaining wall; we confirm that it belongs to this development, and the exact number of bathrooms, before any reservation.
