Laguna Suites stands in Las Lagunas de Mijas, behind Fuengirola, on the far side of the road. The sea is 3 km away, Málaga airport 24 km, the train station 1.4 km. Daily life fits within two kilometres: hospital 1.2 km, shopping centre 1.6 km, schools 1 km.

The development has 142 homes, 54 of which are still available. The two-bedroom homes still on the market measure 79.62 to 108.43 m² and start at 407,925 €. The three-bedroom homes range from 116.17 to 147.52 m², between 633,938 and 1,010,625 €. Apartments, ground-floor homes and penthouses share the development.
