The Eagle Mijas stands in the Cerrado del Águila urbanisation, on the heights of Las Lagunas de Mijas. The golf course is 1 km away and the natural park 2 km. The sea is 5 km away: the beach is reached by car, not on foot. Shops, the pharmacy and the hospital are 4 km away, Málaga airport 30 km.

The development combines apartments, ground-floor homes and penthouses with 1 to 3 bedrooms. Thirty-three homes remain available out of the fifty in the scheme.
