Unelma is being built in Urbanización Palms Gardens, in Estepona, two kilometres from the sea. The golf course, a pharmacy and the restaurants are also two kilometres away. The hospital is three kilometres away, the schools four. Málaga airport is fifty-six kilometres away; the nearest railway station, at fifty-one, makes a car necessary.

The development has thirty-nine homes, all still available. They are apartments, ground-floor homes and penthouses, with two to four bedrooms and two or three bathrooms. The twenty-one two-bedroom homes range from 104.8 to 181.25 m², between 555,000 € and 872,000 €. The seventeen three-bedroom homes range from 128.3 to 193.75 m², between 730,000 € and 981,000 €.
