Naven — New sea-view apartments, Fuengirola

Naven stands at the eastern end of Fuengirola, on calle los Vecinos, just behind the motorway and the railway line. The sea is 2 km away: the town narrows here between the coast and the road. Málaga airport is 23 km away, the train station and the hospital 3 km, the museum 700 metres.

The development has 99 homes, 75 of which are still available. The one-bedroom homes measure 89.67 m² and sell between 455,000 and 460,000 €. The two-bedroom homes measure 117.71 to 159.52 m², from 562,600 to 895,000 €. The three and four-bedroom homes reach 248.7 m² and 1,990,000 €.

Every home has a terrace; some add a garden or a private pool. The shared areas bring together a pool, an indoor pool, a spa, a bar, a social club and gardens. The development is gated, with 24/7 security, a communal garage and parking spaces. Homes are handed over with built-in wardrobes.

Delivery is announced for the second quarter of 2028. We have not yet visited the site, which we found after our last trip. The motorway and the railway line run right behind: noise has to be checked façade by façade. We measure the exposure, the orientation and the views of each unit before any reservation.
