Fañabé and Torviscas form the central seafront of Costa Adeje, between Playa del Duque to the north and Puerto Colón to the south. This is the liveliest and most family-oriented part of the municipality: serviced sandy beaches, an unbroken seafront promenade, and a dense fabric of shops, cafés and restaurants that stays open all year round.
The mood is thoroughly relaxed. Families settle in each morning on the supervised, fully equipped beaches of Fañabé and Torviscas; runners make their way down the promenade to the harbour; in the evening, the terraces fill up without ever feeling overcrowded.
