The Playa de Ajabo is a cove of golden-grey sand, sheltered between low cliffs, with water that is often calm in the morning. It stays a hidden gem even in season — more of a local beach than a resort one. For the larger, fully equipped stretches, Fañabé is a quarter of an hour away by car.
